Attorney Kaveh S. Elihu

6268 Attorney Kaveh S. Elihu

“I became a lawyer to help those in need and those who have been harmed. My mission is to protect my clients and to get them the most compensation for their losses and suffering.”

Kaveh centers his practice on personal injury law. Everyday, Kaveh is empowered by the idea that he is helping people who have been afflicted with devastating and debilitating injuries and family members of loved ones lost in accidents. He strives to exceed expectations by focusing on each client’s background, needs and goals, and never strays from the idea that it is the client’s needs that are most integral to a resolution. He devotes his career to fighting tortfeasors, negligent defendants, and insurance companies who refuse to take responsibility for their actions. His background in business and negotiation allows him to monitor what is best for his clients and make a decision thereupon when it comes to making and accepting offers and settlements. Kaveh is driven by the idea of helping those who lack the resources to fight against companies and individuals who have done them wrong and does not represent any insurance companies, corporations, or defendants in any litigation. His primary goal is getting justice for injured individuals, and securing financial compensation to make them whole in their difficult time.
